Price (販売価格): shown at checkout before you pay. On the web, Pro costs IDR 99,000 per month or IDR 990,000 per year; in a store, the store shows the price in your currency (reference price of Pro monthly: USD 5.99).
Additional fees (商品代金以外の必要料金): internet connection charges only.
Payment method and timing (支払方法・時期): on the web, through Xendit (QRIS, bank transfer, e-wallets, cards, retail outlets), charged when you pay; card auto-renew is charged at the start of each period; one-time web payments never renew. In the app, Google Play in-app purchase (the Apple App Store as well, once the iOS app is released), charged at confirmation and at each automatic renewal.
Delivery (提供時期): the Pro plan is available immediately after purchase.
Cancellation and refunds (返品・キャンセル): cancel web auto-renew on the Plan page, or a store subscription in your store account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds for store purchases are handled by Google (or Apple, once the iOS app is released) under their policies; for web payments, email us. This is without prejudice to your statutory rights (see Terms of Service, Sections 7 and 8).
Operating environment (動作環境): Android 7.0 or later (64-bit), or a current web browser. An iOS app is not yet available.
Disputes
We are willing to resolve complaints directly: contact support@cloveai.app. Consumers in Indonesia may also use the Consumer Dispute Settlement Body (BPSK) under Law No. 8 of 1999. Nothing here limits the consumer rights of your country of residence.
